1) Click on Configure Account icon.

2) Type in your username and password, check the Save Password checkbox, and click on OK

3) Click on OK.

4) Click on Add Location icon, and then enter in your desire Location Name.

5) Select your area code from the drop down list, click on the phone number once, then click on Add icon, and then click on Next.  If you want more than two numbers in your Phone Book, then click on the second phone number once, and then click on Add one more time, then click on Next.

6) Change the dialing option if you have to (In some cases, you might have to dial 9 in order to dial outside, then just type in 9 in the last box) and then click on Next.

7) Read the Note carefully, and then click on Finish.

8) After you click on Finish, you will be brought back to the Configure Account screen, now just click on Finish to finalize your setup.  Double-click the “Shortcut to VIP NetLink” icon on your desktop, then click on Sign On to connect to the Internet.
